摘 要:针对电力系统存在碳计量方案与用户电力交易关联度不高、碳排放责任与用户用电行为协同性较差等问题,提出基于碳排放流的电力系统低碳经济优化模型。首先,利用碳排放流理论,精准计算电力用户节点之间动态负荷碳势,深度融合负荷碳势与用户用电行为的关联关系,有效提升节点用电行为的低碳调控能力;其次,结合阶梯电价制定原则,提出基于Shapley值的碳责任分摊方法,推导每个节点用户的碳配额,使各用户节点碳排放责任区间更加合理;然后,将系统减排量最高以及节点碳成本最低作为目标函数,建立系统低碳经济优化模型,提出针对优化结果的效益分析方案;最后,算例分析表明,所提出的模型在满足电力系统低碳要求的同时,达到优化用户用电行为的积极效果,实现了系统降碳和改善用电的双向约束,为电力系统低碳经济运行提供了一种切实可行的方案。Aiming at the problems of low correlation between carbon metering scheme and users'electricity transaction,and poor coordination between carbon emission responsibility and users'electricity consumption behavior in power system,a low carbon economy optimization model of power system based on carbon emission flow was proposed.First of all,the carbon emission flow theory was used to accurately calculate the dynamic load carbon potential between power user nodes,and deeply integrated the relationship between load carbon potential and user behavior,so as to effectively improved the low carbon regulation ability of node power consumption behavior.Secondly,the carbon responsibility sharing method of each user node was put forward by using Shapley method,and the carbon quota of each user node was deduced,combined with the principle of ladder electricity price,which made the carbon emission responsibility interval of each user node more reasonable.Thirdly,the highest emission reduction of the system and the lowest carbon cost of the node were selected as the objective function to establish the low carbon economy optimization model of the system,and the benefit analysis scheme for the optimization results was put forward.Finally,the analysis of the example shows that the proposed model not only meets the goal of low carbon demand of the power system,but also achieves the positive effect of optimizing the electricity consumption behavior of users,and realizes the two-way constraint of reducing carbon and improving electricity consumption of the system.It provides a feasible scheme for low carbon economic operation of power system.
