摘 要:随着可再生能源例如风电、光伏等并网规模的不断增加,电力系统的调峰压力逐渐增大,碳捕集电厂不仅能够降低系统碳排放量,也能够减轻系统调峰压力,在电力系统中得到广泛应用。在此背景下,引入了综合灵活运行碳捕集电厂来调动供给侧灵活响应资源,并深入分析了其综合灵活运行方式的特性,同时考虑需求响应来充分调动需求侧的灵活性资源,在此基础上建立考虑供需双侧响应与综合灵活运行碳捕集的虚拟电厂低碳经济调度模型。基于Matlab调用YALMIP工具箱和GUROBI求解器对模型进行仿真验证。算例表明,所提模型能进一步减少“弃光弃风”和碳排放,缓解调峰压力,能够为电力系统低碳经济调度提供参考。With the continuous increase of grid connection scale of renewable energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaic,the peak shaving pressure of the power system is gradually increasing.Carbon capture power plants can not only reduce the system's carbon emissions,but also alleviate the peak shaving pressure of the system,and are widely used in the power system.In this context,an integrated flexible operation carbon capture power plant was introduced to mobilize flexible response resources on the supply side,and the characteristics of its integrated flexible operation mode were analyzed in depth.At the same time,demand response was considered to fully mobilize demand side flexible resources.On this basis,a virtual low carbon economic dispatch model for power plants was established that considered both supply and demand responses and integrated flexible operation carbon capture.Based on Matlab,the YALMIP toolbox and GUROBI solver was called to simulate and verify the model.The calculation example shows that the proposed model can further reduce the"waste of solar energy and wind energy"and carbon emissions,alleviate peak shaving pressure,and provide reference for low carbon economic dispatch of power systems.
