摘 要:为降低钢轨焊接接头错边量,找出影响错边量的关键尺寸因素,分别以轨头宽度、钢轨高度、端部扭曲、断面不对称为主要选配尺寸,制订钢轨焊前选配方案,研究各选配方案对钢轨焊接接头错边量和焊接对中调整的影响。相关性分析表明,采用断面不对称、端部扭曲选配方案对焊接接头错边量影响较大;过程性能指数对比分析表明,采用断面不对称、端部扭曲选配方案可有效控制错边量;采用钢轨高度、端部扭曲选配方案的对中调整次数和调整时间明显减少。综合来看,采用端部扭曲选配方案,更有利于控制钢轨焊接接头错边量,提高钢轨焊接效率。In order to reduce the align deviation values of rail welded joint,and find out the key dimensional factors affecting the align deviation values,take the rail head width,the rail height,the end distortion and the cross⁃section asymmetry as the main matching dimensions,the paper formulates the matching scheme,and studies the influence of each matching scheme on the align deviation values of welded joint and centering adjustment in the welding process.Correlation coefficient analysis shows that the matching scheme of cross⁃section asymmetry and the end distortion have great influence on the align deviation values of the welded joint;the comparative analysis of process performance index shows that the align deviation values of welded joint can be effectively controlled by the matching scheme of cross⁃section asymmetric and end distortion;the times and time of centering adjustment are obviously reduced by the matching scheme of rail height and end distortion.On the whole,the end distortion matching scheme is more condu⁃cive to controlling the align deviation values of welded joint and improving rail welding efficiency.
