电气化铁路接触网分段绝缘器和分相绝缘器维修影响因素分析

摘  要:为保障电气化铁路接触网的供电可靠性和安全性,需定期维修分段绝缘器和分相绝缘器。通过分析分段绝缘器和分相绝缘器的拉出值、水平状态、负驰度、过渡点与滑道、平衡线夹与连接线夹等影响因素,提出有针对性的维修建议。现场应用实践表明,根据维修建议维修分段绝缘器和分相绝缘器后,能有效提升分段绝缘器和分相绝缘器的稳定性,降低分段绝缘器和分相绝缘器故障对接触网系统运行质量的影响。To ensure the power supply reliability and safety of the overhead contact system for electrified railway,it is necessary to regularly maintain the section insulator and neutral section insulator.By analyzing the influence fac⁃tors such as the pull⁃out value,horizontal state,negative sag,transition point and slide,balance clamp and connecting clamp,the paper puts forward some suggestions on maintenance.On site application practice has shown that the sta⁃bility of section insulator and neutral section insulator can be effectively improved,and the impact of faults in section insulator and neutral section insulator on the operation quality of the overhead contact system can be reduced after maintaining key points.
