摘　　要：可持续航空燃料(SAF)是航空业碳减排主要路径,目前我国SAF产业发展尚处于起步阶段。文章结合欧美SAF市场在强制性政策驱动下率先启动的成功经验,基于国内政策、技术和市场等方面分析,对SAF产业发展进行展望。中国SAF市场具较大潜力,但仍面临政策、市场、效益等多重风险;建议加强顶层设计、积极推进将航空业纳入全国碳市场、构建完善的SAF市场机制,促进SAF产业有序健康发展。Sustainable aviation fuel(SAF)is a major pathway for carbon emission reduction in the aviation industry,and currently,the development of SAF industry in our country is still in its initial stage.Combining the successful experiences of the European and American SAF markets,which were initiated under mandatory policy drives,this article analyzes the development of the SAF industry in our country based on aspects such as policy,technology,and market development.The development of the SAF market in our country has significant potential,but it still faces multiple risks related to policy,market,and benefits.It is recommended to strengthen top-level design,actively promote the inclusion of the aviation industry in the national carbon market,establish a complete market mechanism for SAF,to facilitate the orderly and healthy development of the SAF industry.
