摘 要:碳足迹管理是应对气候变化、推动绿色低碳发展的重要举措。通过量化产品或活动全生命周期的碳排放,可识别减排潜力,相应制定减排措施。煤油是炼化企业的重要产品,利用碳足迹评价方法,对A企业生产的煤油产品进行全周期测算,包含原料碳排放、加工过程碳排放,最终得出该企业煤油碳排放系数为3.5 tCO_(2)e/t。通过对比,分析该企业炼油产品碳排放系数竞争力,提出降低产品碳排放系数的方法。建议企业为提升产品“绿色属性”,优选原油加工,降低原料碳排放,同时优化关键加工流程,减少二次加工,以降低加工过程碳排放量。Carbon footprint management is an important measure to address climate change and promote green and low-carbon development.By quantifying the carbon emissions of products or activities throughout their lifecycle,emission reduction potential can be identified and emission reduction measures can be formulated.Kerosene is an important product of refining enterprises,and the carbon footprint evaluation method is used to calculate the full cycle of the refined products produced by company A.By calculating the carbon emissions from raw materials and processing,the carbon footprint coefficient of the company's kerosene is ultimately determined to be 3.5 tCO2e/t.By comparing and analyzing the carbon emission coefficient competitiveness of the company's refining products,propose methods to reduce the carbon emission coefficient of the products.It is recommended that enterprises prioritize crude oil processing to enhance the"green attributes"of their products,reduce carbon emissions from raw materials,optimize key processes,and minimize secondary processing to reduce carbon emissions during the processing.
