摘  要:储气库采气过程中通常采用节流降压、低压集输工艺,存在较大压力能浪费。文章基于天然气压差发电的基本原理,对比分析常用膨胀发电机性能,论述储气库在注采气期间天然气压力能利用情况,以某盐穴储气库为例,提出储气库压差发电工艺方案并进行经济效益分析。研究结果表明,针对已建储气库,注气阶段联络线来气压力可能高于压缩机入口运行压力,可考虑压差发电;注气期集注站有压缩机余热可利用,通过前加热或后复热方式优化工艺流程,能使膨胀机发电量最大化。采气期储气库自身用电量少,考虑设置一台800×10^(4)m^(3)/d透平膨胀发电机,装机功率1700 kW,与储气库采气期用电负荷基本相当,预计采气期年发电量373×10^(4)k W·h。未来可在储气库压差发电+储能、压差发电+电解水制氢+掺氢输送等方面开展进一步研究。During the process of gas production,the gas storage usually adopts the process of throttling and depressurization,low-pressure gathering and transportation,and there is a large waste of pressure energy.Based on the basic principle of natural gas differential pressure power generation,this paper compares and analyzes the performance of commonly used expansion generators,discusses the utilization of natural gas pressure energy during gas injection and production,and proposes a process scheme for differential pressure power generation of gas storage and analyzes the economic benefits by taking a salt cavern gas storage as an example.The results show that for the existing gas storage,if the incoming pressure of the contact line may be higher than the operating pressure of the compressor inlet during the gas injection period,the differential pressure power generation can be considered.The waste heat of the compressor can be used at the gas injection station during the gas injection period,and the process flow can be optimized by pre-heating or post-reheating to maximize the power generation of the expander.The gas storage has less electricity consumption during the gas production period,and an 800×10^(4)m^(3)/d turbine expansion generator with an installed power of 1700 kW is considered,which is basically equivalent to the electricity load of the gas storage during the gas production period,and the annual power generation is expected to be 373×10^(4)kW·h during the gas production period.In the future,further research can be carried out in the fields of differential pressure power generation+energy storage,differential pressure power generation+hydrogen production by water electrolysis+hydrogen blending and transportation.
