摘 要:炼化企业的绝热工程普遍存在散热损失超标、结露结冰、绝热层下腐蚀等问题,导致装置能耗增加,影响装置安全运行和企业感官质量,其根本原因在于参考的标准不统一、各标准之间部分内容互相矛盾,部分内容已不适于高质量发展要求。文章结合近年来对绝热标准的研究以及现场测评,对存在的问题进行探讨,提出制定材料采购及检验标准,形成设计、采购、施工、验收等全生命周期的标准体系,对绝热工程现行标准及时修订,统一各标准技术要求等建议,为下一步标准修订提供参考。以此更好地指导企业应用,从根本上保障绝热工程实现长周期运行,助力绝热工程行业实现绿色低碳和高质量发展。The insulation engineering of refining and chemical enterprises generally has problems such as excessive heat loss,condensation and freezing,and corrosion under the insulation layer.These problems lead to increased energy consumption of the equipment,affects the safe operation of the equipment and the sensory quality of the enterprise.The fundamental reason is that the reference standards are not unified,some contents of the standards are contradictory,and even some contents cannot fully meet the requirements of high-quality development of production enterprises.This article combines recent research on insulation standards and on-site evaluation work in insulation engineering to explore the problems existing in insulation engineering related standards.It proposes the development of material procurement and inspection standards,forming a standard system for the entire life cycle of design,procurement,construction,and acceptance.The current standards for insulation engineering should be revised in a timely manner,and revision suggestions should be made to unify the technical requirements of each standard.This will provide reference for the next step of standard revision,better guide enterprise applications,fundamentally ensure the long-term operation of insulation engineering,and help the insulation engineering industry achieve green,low-carbon,and high-quality development.
