摘 要:某石化公司重油催化裂化装置脱硫单元富胺液再生塔降液板及受液槽腐蚀严重,导致胺液再生效果变差,胺液中H_(2)S含量异常升高,进而影响脱硫效果,造成脱硫后的干气及液化气中H_(2)S含量偏高,影响装置长周期安全运行。通过宏观腐蚀环境检查、Aspen流程模拟及腐蚀垢样检测等措施对富胺液溶剂再生塔腐蚀原因进行分析。结果表明,装置反再系统跑剂,再生立管流化状态不佳,进入反应油气的再生剂携带烟气量增大等因素导致脱硫前干气中CO_(2)含量增加近一倍,进而造成富胺液中MDE_(A_(2))CO_(3)含量增大,而富胺液再生塔的主要腐蚀介质正是此类溶解在胺液中的湿CO_(2),且其中氯离子的存在会加速破坏腐蚀产物膜,促进CO_(2)协同腐蚀。The descending plate and receiving tank of the rich amine liquid regeneration tower in the desulfurization unit of a certain petrochemical company's heavy oil catalytic cracking unit are severely corroded,resulting in a deterioration of the amine liquid regeneration effect and an abnormal increase in H_(2)S content in the amine liquid,which in turn affects the desulfurization effect and leads to high H_(2)S content in the desulfurized dry gas and liquefied gas,affecting the long-term safe operation of the unit.Analyze the causes of corrosion in the rich amine solvent regeneration tower through macro corrosion environment inspection,Aspen process simulation,and corrosion scale sample detection strategies.The results showed that the flow state of the regeneration riser in the device's reverse regeneration system was poor,and the amount of flue gas carried by the regeneration agent entering the reaction oil and gas increased,resulting in a nearly doubling of the CO_(2)content in the dry gas before desulfurization,which in turn caused an abnormal increase in the MDEA_(2)CO_(3)content in the rich amine solution.The main corrosive medium of the rich amine solution regeneration tower is wet CO_(2)dissolved in the amine solution,and the presence of chloride ions will accelerate the destruction of the corrosion product film and promote CO_(2)synergistic corrosion.
