芳烃抽提回收塔重沸器故障分析及检修措施

摘　　要：根据某炼厂提质增效、增产轻质烯烃和芳烃原料,压减汽柴油产量,丰富高附加值化工产品的结构转型调整规划,新建80万吨/年芳烃抽提装置。溶剂回收塔的平稳运行对产品质量至关重要,采用以环丁砜为溶剂的液—液抽提工艺技术,针对新建芳烃抽提装置开工过程中回收塔重沸器出现的问题进行原因分析,并给出较为完整的检修措施,保证了装置的长周期安全平稳运行及经济效益。同时,芳烃原料的稳定供应也有力地推进化工及新材料产业不断向高端化、绿色化发展。According to the improvement of quality and efficiency,the maximum production of light-quality olefins and aromatics raw materials for a refinery,reducing vapor diesel,and enriching the structural transformation and adjustment of high value-added chemical products,and the new 800,000 tons/year aromatic extraction unit is built.The aromatics extraction device adopts the liquid-liquid extraction process technology with the cycle diced pupa as the solvent.The smooth operation of the solvent recovery tower has a vital role in the qualification rate of the device product.This article analyzes the causes of the problem of recycling tower heavy boiling device during the start of the new aromatics withdrawal device,and gives a relatively complete maintenance strategy to ensure the safe and stable operation and operating benefits of the device.At the same time,the stable supply of aromatic hydrocarbon raw materials also effectively promotes the continuous development of the chemical and new materials industries towards high-end and green development.
