摘 要:黄茅海跨海通道中引桥上部结构采用(6+5+5)×100 m分离式连续钢箱梁,下部结构采用群桩基础、深埋承台、整幅式TY型盖梁桥墩。海洋环境下台风多发,施工风险高。深埋承台最大设计水深约16.5 m,采用深水钢板桩围堰施工,围堰内支撑采用先支法施工,水下封底混凝土采用插管法施工。桥墩高53.143~61.828 m,墩身厚4 m,大截面墩身采用钢筋部品化施工,设计多吊点的通用型吊具吊装,钢筋部品间采用锥套锁紧接头连接。整幅式TY型盖梁单侧悬臂长14.6 m,采用高空式托架及对拉系统等施工,托架模块化设计、装配化安装和拆除,盖梁斜肢钢筋分块段部品化施工,且施工期进行裂纹控制。钢箱梁梁段最大重量约1400 t,设计柔性大吨位吊具吊装,钢箱梁分幅架设中采取盖梁底反拉压重措施控制整幅式TY型盖梁横向线形避免开裂,多跨整孔钢箱梁通过优化千斤顶布置、控制梁面荷载、多次调梁等进行线形控制,并基于BIM技术确定钢箱梁安装合理窗口期,采用智能监控系统实现智能化吊装。The superstructure of the intermediate approach of the Huangmaohai Cross-Sea Passage features the split continuous steel box girders that are arranged in 17 spans of 100 m,specifically(6+5+5)×100 m.The piers are the tailored"TY"piers(the Y-shaped piers with trapezoidal cap beams),which rest on the deeply-buried pile caps supported by group pile foundations.To address the frequent typhoons at the bridge site and facilitate construction,the maximum burying depth of the pile caps reaches about 16.5 m,and the construction of the pile foundations was assisted by steel sheet pile cofferdams.The inner supports inside the cofferdam were installed with scaffolds,and the concrete was poured with tremie pipes to seal the bottom of the cofferdam.The hollow piers are 53.143 to 61.828 m high,with wall thickness of 4 m.The prefabricated reinforcement was hoisted using customized cranes capable of multi-point hoisting,and the reinforcement were connected by lockable cone sleeves.The cap beam of a"TY"pier has two cantilevers,each measuring 14.6 m long,installed with modular corbels and a tie-back system.The reinforcement in the oblique columns of the cap beam were divided into sections to ease installation,and during construction,measures were taken to control the cracking of the cap beam.The steel box girder segments were hoisted and installed via flexible large-tonnage cranes,with a maximum segment of 1400 t.The steel box girders in the two decks of the split superstructure were constructed in sequence,and the cap beam was tied down and ballasted for geometry control and cracking prevention.The geometry of steel box girders was controlled via optimizing the distribution of jacks,controlling the loads,and conducting multiple adjustments.The rational installation window of the steel box girders was calculated in BIM,and an intelligent monitoring system was applied to realize the intelligent hoisting of the steel box girders.
