摘 要:为选取合理的工字钢-混组合梁小横梁接头处的焊接形式,以某桥长1 555 m的高速公路工字钢-混组合梁桥为背景,以其中1根位于内侧的主纵梁及其两侧小横梁接头部位为研究对象,设计、制作采用全熔透及部分熔透(单面坡口部分熔透+对侧面贴角组合焊缝)局部足尺试件各1组,对焊后收缩变形量、角变形量以及平面度进行测定。结果表明:全熔透焊接形式试件焊后收缩变形和角变形均较大,焊后平面度超标幅度大;部分熔透焊接形式试件的焊后收缩变形、角变形、焊后平面度较全熔透的降低幅度均超过40%,采用部分熔透焊接形式可在满足结构强度的要求下,实现从源头控制焊接变形的目的。This study investigates the effective welding techniques for the joints of steel I-girders and floor beams.A 1555 m-long highway bridge featuring the deck consisting of steel I-girders acting compositely with the overlaid concrete slabs is used as a case.Two full-scale specimens were prepared,one with the joints of the steel I-girder and the floor beam made by full penetration welding,and the other with the joints of the steel I-girder and the floor beam made by partial penetration welding(partial penetration single bevel groove welding plus fillet welding).Parameters,including the contraction deformation,angular deformation and surface flatness were measured after welding.It is shown that the specimen with full penetration welds exhibits great contraction deformation and angular deformation,where the surface flatness exceeds the allowable range by a large margin.In the specimen with partial penetration welds,the contraction deformation,angular deformation and surface flatness after welding are less than 60%of the data in the specimen with full penetration welds,indicating that using partial penetration welding technique can guarantee the required structural strength and control welding deformation at source.
