摘 要:针对小半径曲线桥的墩柱横向偏位问题,以某高速公路一座小半径曲线匝道桥为背景,基于现场检测结果及结合类似工程对桥墩产生横向偏位的机理进行研究,从重力二阶效应及墩柱底部应力状态两方面对偏位墩柱受力状况进行分析,提出“整梁推单墩”的纠偏处治方案,并对顶推过程中主梁关键部位受力和变形进行分析。结果表明:伸缩缝堵塞失效,约束主梁正常伸缩,是引发墩柱横向偏位的重要诱因;在现状墩柱横向偏位状态下,墩柱底部拉应力已超过或接近其混凝土抗拉强度,柱底混凝土已处于开裂或接近开裂状态,对墩柱结构耐久性不利,由恒载引发的重力二阶效应产生的墩底附加弯矩相对总弯矩占比为2%~5%,整体处于可控状态,但因其具有非线性增长的特点,应受到重视;采用“整梁推单墩”进行墩柱横向偏位纠偏处治,顶推反力对主梁产生的应力及变形均较小,对结构不会产生明显影响。经现场实施,该桥墩柱及主梁顺利复位,桥梁运营状态良好。This study focuses on the lateral displacements of piers in the sharp-radius curved bridge.A sharp-radius curved highway ramp bridge is used as a case.The loading conditions of the displaced pier were analyzed considering the second order effect of gravity and stresses in the bottom of the pier,based on the findings of field inspection and the mechanism of lateral displacement of the pier derived from similar engineering practices.A rectification method of"using the entire superstructure to push an individual pier"was proposed.During the pushing process,the loading conditions and deformation of key locations of the superstructure were analyzed.As per the analysis,the stuck expansion joints are the primary cause of lateral displacements of piers.Once a pier is laterally displaced,the tensile stress in the bottom of the pier will surpass or approximate the tensile strength of the concrete,which indicates that the pier-bottom concrete has been cracking or approaching the cracking condition,an unfavorable situation for the durability of the pier.The additional bending moment in the bottom of the pier induced by the second-order effect of gravity under dead loads accounts for 2%to 5%of the total bending moment,the entire bridge structure is in controllable condition,which should be given sufficient attention due to the non-linear growing characteristics.Using the entire superstructure to push an individual pier is able to rectify the lateral displacement of the pier.The stresses in and the deformation of the superstructure that are induced by pushing reaction forces are minor,with negligible influence on the bridge structure.By implementing the proposed method,the piers and the superstructure were smoothly recentered,and the bridge is at sound service state.
