阴道镜联合利普刀在宫颈病变临床治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨阴道镜联合利普刀在宫颈病变临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取东营市广饶县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心2023年12月—2024年12月收治的98例宫颈病变患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为观察组(阴道镜联合利普刀治疗)和对照组(宫颈冷刀锥切术),各49例。对比两组治疗效果及临床相关指标差异。结果:两组总有效率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);与对照组比较,观察组术中出血量更少,住院时间、创面愈合时间更短(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.045);术后,两组健康调查简表评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);术后24、48、72 h,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在宫颈病变的临床治疗中,联合应用阴道镜与利普刀的效果与宫颈冷刀锥切术的效果相当,患者能够在术后更快恢复,提高生活质量,减轻术后疼痛。Objective:To investigate the application effect of colposcopy combined with LEEP knife in the clinical treatment of cervical lesions.Methods:From December 2023 to December 2024,98 patients with cervical lesions admitted to the Dongying Guangrao Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(treated with colposcopy combined with LEEP knife)and a control group(treated with cervical cold knife conization),with 49 cases in each group.The treatment effects and clinical-related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter hospital stay,and shorter wound healing time(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.045).Postoperatively,the scores of the two groups increased,with the observation group being higher than the control group(P<0.05).At 24,48,and 72 hours postoperatively,the visual analog scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of cervical lesions,the combined use of colposcopy and LEEP knife is equivalent to the effect of cervical cold knife conization.Patients can recover more quickly after surgery,improve their quality of life,and reduce postoperative pain.
