腕关节镜辅助下微创手术治疗腕关节骨折的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腕关节镜辅助下微创手术治疗腕关节骨折的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年12月青岛市城阳区人民医院收治的60例腕关节骨折患者,按照随机分组原则分为对照组(应用切开复位内固定治疗)和观察组(应用腕关节镜辅助下微创手术治疗),各30例。观察两组患者治疗效果、恢复情况、腕关节功能、腕关节活动度。结果:观察组腕关节屈伸活动良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);观察组疼痛、肿胀缓解时间及骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组功能状况、疼痛、伤肢活动、握力评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组背伸、掌屈、旋前、旋后活动度增大,观察组大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腕关节镜辅助下微创手术治疗腕关节骨折的效果理想,能够促进患者骨折恢复,改善患者腕关节功能,增加腕关节活动度。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive surgery assisted by wrist arthroscopy for wrist fracture.Methods:From January 2023 to December 2024,60 patients with wrist fracture admitted to the Qingdao Chengyang District People's Hospital,were randomly divided into a control group(treated with open reduction and internal fixation)and an observation group(treated with minimally invasive surgery assisted by wrist arthroscopy),with 30 cases in each group.The treatment efficacy,recovery,wrist joint function,and range of motion were observed.Results:The excellent rate of wrist flexion and extension in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.001).The pain relief time,swelling relief time,and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the scores of functional status,pain,limb activity,and grip strength increased in both groups,with the observation group scoring higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the range of motion for dorsiflexion,palmar flexion,pronation,and supination increased in both groups,with the observation group showing greater improvement than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgery assisted by wrist arthroscopy is effective for treating wrist fractures,promoting fracture recovery,improving wrist joint function,and increasing the range of motion.
