常规西药联合补中益气汤加减治疗高龄髋部骨折术后疲劳综合征的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究常规西药联合补中益气汤加减治疗高龄髋部骨折术后疲劳综合征(POFS)的效果。方法:选取重庆三峡医药高等专科学校附属中医院2021年1月—2024年8月收治的90例高龄髋部骨折POFS患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组,各45例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补中益气汤加减治疗。分析治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.015)。术后1、7、14 d,两组Christensen疲劳评分降低,观察组术后7、14 d的Christensen疲劳评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1、7、14 d,两组血红蛋白浓度(HGB)低于术前1 d,观察组术后7、14 d的HGB高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:常规西药联合补中益气汤加减治疗高龄髋部骨折POFS的效果确切,可有效缓解患者疲劳程度,促进HGB水平恢复。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of conventional western medicine combined with modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in treating postoperative fatigue syndrome(POFS)in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods:A total of 90 elderly patients with POFS after hip fracture admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Three Gorges Medical College from January 2021 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group received additional modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction based on the control group's treatment.The therapeutic effects were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P=0.015).The Christensen fatigue scores of both groups decreased at 1,7,and 14 days postoperatively,with the observation group showing significantly lower scores at 7 and 14 days compared to the control group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin concentration(HGB)in both groups was lower at 1,7,and 14 days postoperatively than at 1 day preoperatively,but the observation group exhibited significantly higher HGB levels at 7 and 14 days compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional western medicine combined with modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is effective in treating POFS in elderly patients with hip fracture,significantly alleviating fatigue and promoting the recovery of HGB levels.
