肾康注射液联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肾康注射液联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾炎的效果。方法:将2023年1—12月阿克苏地区第一人民医院收治的80例慢性肾炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组接受缬沙坦治疗,观察组接受肾康注射液与缬沙坦联合治疗。比较两组炎性因子水平、肾功能指标、中医证候积分。结果:治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组24 h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮、血肌酐水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组浮肿、腰部刺痛、疲倦乏力、小便不利评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾康注射液联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾炎的效果确切,能够显著缓解患者的临床症状,减轻炎性反应,改善肾功能。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Shenkang Injection combined with Valsartan in the treatment of chronic nephritis.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic nephritis admitted to Aksu First People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received Valsartan treatment,while the observation group received Shenkang Injection combined with Valsartan treatment.The levels of inflammatory factors,renal function indicators,and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,and tumor necrosis factor-αdecreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour urine protein,blood urea nitrogen,and serum creatinine levels decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores for edema,lumbar stabbing pain,fatigue,and dysuria decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenkang Injection combined with Valsartan is effective in the treatment of chronic nephritis,significantly alleviating clinical symptoms,reducing inflammatory responses,and improving renal function.
