摘　　要：目的:探讨肺常健痰圈模式在慢性呼吸系统疾病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年5月深圳市宝安区石岩人民医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的慢性呼吸系统疾病患者40例为对照组,实施常规护理;选取2023年6—11月同科收治的慢性呼吸系统疾病患者40例为观察组,在常规护理基础上实施肺常健痰圈模式。比较两组吸入剂使用正确率、肺功能[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)]水平、满意度。结果:观察组吸入剂使用正确率高于对照组(P<0.001)。干预前,两组FEV_(1)、FVC水平比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组FEV_(1)、FVC水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组整体印象、服务态度、操作技术、健康教育、生活护理满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肺常健痰圈模式在慢性呼吸系统疾病患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者吸入剂使用正确率和满意度,改善其肺功能。Objective:To explore the application effect of the lung-invigorating sputum ring model in patients with chronic respiratory diseases.Methods:Forty patients with chronic respiratory diseases admitted to the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine,Shenzhen Bao'an District Shiyan People's Hospital from December 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the control group and received routine nursing care.Another 40 patients with chronic respiratory diseases admitted to the same department from June to November 2023 were selected as the observation group and received the lung-invigorating sputum ring model in addition to routine nursing care.The correct rate of inhaler use,pulmonary function[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC)],and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The correct rate of inhaler use in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in FEV_(1) and FVC levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the FEV_(1) and FVC levels in both groups increased,with the observation group showing higher levels than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate for overall impression,service attitude,operation technique,health education,and life care in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the lung-invigorating sputum ring model in patients with chronic respiratory diseases has a significant effect,improving the correct rate of inhaler use,patient satisfaction,and lung function.
