摘　　要：目的:探究常规苏木精-伊红(HE)染色法与改良HE染色法对病理切片质量的影响。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月于宜都市人民医院实施病理诊断的患者40例,均采用常规HE染色技术、改良HE染色技术检测。对比两种染色方式的病理切片诊断准确率、病理样本切片完整率、病理切片质量及染色满意度。结果:改良HE染色法的病理切片诊断准确率、病理样本切片完整率高于常规HE染色法(P<0.05);改良HE染色法的病理切片质量优良率高于常规HE染色法(P=0.018);改良HE染色法的染色满意度高于常规HE染色法(P=0.028)。结论:与常规HE染色法相比,采用改良HE染色法能有效提高病理切片诊断准确率、病理样本切片完整率、病理切片质量、染色满意度。Objective:To investigate the effect of routine hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining and modified HE staining on the quality of pathological sections.Methods:Forty patients who underwent pathological diagnosis at Yidu People's Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected.Both routine HE staining and modified HE staining techniques were applied.The diagnostic accuracy rate,section integrity rate,section quality,and staining satisfaction were compared between the two staining methods.Results:The diagnostic accuracy rate and section integrity rate of the modified HE staining method were higher than those of the routine HE staining method(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of section quality in the modified HE staining method was higher than that in the routine HE staining method(P=0.018).The staining satisfaction of the modified HE staining method was higher than that of the routine HE staining method(P=0.028).Conclusion:Compared with the routine HE staining method,the modified HE staining method can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy rate,section integrity rate,section quality,and staining satisfaction of pathological sections.
