摘　　要：该文从黏蛋白、蛋白酶、生物膜等方面介绍阿奇霉素对慢性气道疾病患者气道黏液高度分泌的控制作用。阿奇霉素能够阻碍炎性细胞因子繁殖,影响黏蛋白MUC5AC诱导物生成,控制黏蛋白MUC5AC分泌,改善慢性气道疾病患者气道黏液高分泌状态,控制病情发展。This article reviews the control effect of azithromycin on airway mucus hypersecretion in patients with chronic airway diseases from the perspectives of mucin,protease,biofilm,etc.Azithromycin can inhibit the proliferation of inflammatory cytokines,influence the production of mucin MUC5AC inducers,regulate the secretion of mucin MUC5AC,improve the state of airway mucus hypersecretion in patients with chronic airway diseases,and control disease progression.
