摘 要:动脉粥样硬化(AS)是一种常见的进行性疾病,以管壁增厚、管腔狭窄为主要特征,是导致心脑血管疾病的主要原因之一。叶酸是同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)代谢的重要辅酶,叶酸缺乏可导致Hcy水平升高,增加AS发病风险;Hcy在血液中蓄积,会导致血管壁增厚、管腔狭窄,阻碍血液运行,促进AS的发生、发展。基于此,文章结合既往文献资料进一步分析叶酸、Hcy与AS的关系,以期为AS的防治提供参考。Atherosclerosis(AS)is a common progressive disease characterized by increased wall thickness and lumen stenosis,and it is one of the primary causes of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Folic acid is an essential coenzyme in the metabolism of homocysteine(Hcy).Deficiency in folic acid can lead to elevated Hcy levels,thereby increasing the risk of AS.The accumulation of Hcy in the blood can cause thickening of the vessel wall and narrowing of the lumen,impairing blood flow and promoting the onset and progression of AS.Based on this,this paper further analyzes the relationship between folic acid,hcy,and AS,aiming to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of AS.
