摘　　要：分析带状疱疹后神经痛的临床表现、发病机制及中医治疗方案对临床诊治具有重要意义。该研究根据近年来各学者对带状疱疹后神经痛的认识,总结其临床表现、发病机制,探讨中医治疗方法及取得的效果。文章指出带状疱疹后神经痛患者临床表现多样、发病机制复杂,中医治疗方式可缓解患者疼痛、纠正机体内环境失衡等,可提高带状疱疹后神经痛的治疗效果。Analyzing the clinical manifestations,pathogenesis,and treatment strategies of postherpetic neuralgia is of significant importance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Based on recent studies by various scholars,this research summarizes the clinical manifestations and pathogenesis of postherpetic neuralgia and explores the treatment methods and outcomes of traditional Chinese medicine.The study indicates that patients with postherpetic neuralgia exhibit diverse clinical manifestations and complex pathogenesis.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment can alleviate pain,correct internal environmental imbalances,and enhance the therapeutic efficacy of postherpetic neuralgia.
