摘  要:在机车车辆轴承故障的早期阶段,利用声学诊断技术检测轴承故障时发出的音频信号特征,识别轴承故障,但采集到的音频信号经常存在多普勒畸变,无法准确识别轴承故障。为此,分析轨边声学诊断系统采集的音频信号多普勒畸变特点,设计一种多普勒畸变矫正算法,并通过仿真验证矫正算法的有效性,为提高机车车辆轴承故障的声学诊断准确性提供参考。In the failures early stages of locomotive and vehicle bearing,acoustic diagnostic technology is used to detect the characteristics of audio signals emitted when bearing failure occur and identify bearing failures.However,the collected audio signals often have Doppler distortion,which makes it difficult to accurately identify bearing failures.To this end,the Doppler distortion characteristics of audio signals collected by the trackside acoustic diagnosis system are analyzed,and a Doppler distortion correction algorithm is designed.The effectiveness of the correction algorithm is verified through simulation,which can provide reference for improving the accuracy of the acoustic diagnosis of locomotive and vehicle bearing faults.
