摘  要:为了满足机车驱动装置齿轮毂批量生产要求,研究齿轮毂模锻工艺。采用仿真模拟软件De-form-3D,模拟齿轮毂模锻成形过程。通过模拟、分析不同模锻工艺的填充效果、变形力、模具受力,改进锻件形状,优化轴套部位成形过程,降低最终变形力,为优化模锻工艺和设计锻模提供理论支持,缩短产品开发周期。In order to meet the requirements of mass production of gear hub for driving device of locomotive,die forging process for gear hub is studied.Deform3D software is used to simulate die forging forming process of the gear hub.Through the simulation,the filling effect,deformation force and die force of different die forging processes are analyzed in order to improve the shape of forgings,optimize the forming process of shaft liner positior,reduce the final deformation force,which can provide theoretical support for the optimization of die forging processes and the design of forging dies,and shorten the product development cycle.
