摘  要:永磁辅助同步磁阻电机是一种结合了永磁同步电机及同步磁阻电机特点的新型电机。文章以550 W永磁辅助同步磁阻电机为例,对其转子上的多层磁障结构和永磁体长宽进行参数化设计,研究永磁体及磁障参数对PMA-SynRM平均转矩和转矩脉动的影响规律。采用基于粒子群算法的Maxwell、Workbench、optiSLang联合仿真方法,对该电机进行多目标全局优化,建立了高灵敏度参数与平均转矩,转矩脉动及齿槽转矩的二次回归模型,在帕累托前沿图的最优解集中按需选取了最终优化结果,通过对比优化前后电机的平均转矩、转矩脉动及齿槽转矩,验证了所提出的多目标优化设计方法的有效性。Permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor(PMA-SynRM)is a new type of motor that integrates the features of permanent magnet synchronous motor and synchronous reluctance motor.In this article,a 550 W PMA-SynRM was taken as an example.The multilayer magnetic barrier structure on its rotor and the length and width of the permanent magnet are parametrized and the effects of the parameters of the permanent magnet and the magnetic barrier on the average torque and torque ripple of the PMA-SynRM are investigated.The motor was also optimized by a multi-objective global optimization using a joint Maxwell Workbench optiSLang simulation method based on particle swarm algorithm and the quadratic regression model of the high sensitivity parameters with the average torque,torque pulsation and cogging torque was established,and the final optimization result was selected in the set of optimal solutions of the Pareto frontier diagram on demand and the effectiveness of the offered multi-objective optimization design method was verified by comparing the average torque,torque ripple and cogging torque of the motor before and after optimization.
