摘  要:根据工程要求,设计了压力管道管路系统。为验证管路设计方案是否可行,首先根据相关标准对管道的厚度和跨距进行计算验证,根据计算结果设置管路支架放置距离;然后通过CAESAR II软件建立出完整的管路系统,并对其进行仿真;最后对管路系统进行约束反力及节点位移分析、应力分析和合规分析,得出了压力管道管路设计方案是可行的。According to the engineering requirements,the pressure pipeline system is designed.In order to verify the feasibility of the pipeline design scheme,firstly,the thickness and span of the pipeline were calculated and verified according to relevant standards,and the placement distance of the pipeline support was set according to the calculation results.Then CAESAR II software is used to build a complete pipeline system and simulate it.Finally,the constraint reaction and node displacement analysis,stress analysis and compliance analysis are carried out on the pipeline system,and the design scheme of pressure pipeline is feasible.
