摘  要:面向复杂地形环境的配网不停电作业关键技术及装备领域,研发悬挂轻质绝缘斗的抱杆自升降旋转机器人,作为便携式、高效安装、智能化的10kV配网高空作业平台。论述机器人的夹紧机构、爬行机构、旋转机构三大功能机构的作业原理和结构方案,分析机器人抱杆爬行时的最大受力状况,对关键受力部件在爬行时的静载进行有限元分析,论述机器人智能化系统控制和远程遥控作业和技术方案。论述基于一体成型的复合材料绝缘斗的的技术,兼顾轻量化和绝缘安全分析了开发的技术难点和解决方案,并对绝缘斗的整体承载性能进行有限元分析。In the field of key technologies and equipment for non-power outage operation of distribution network in complex terrain environment,a self-lifting rotary robot with pole hanging light insulated bucket was developed as a portable,efficient installation and intelligent 10kV distribution network aerial work platform.The operating principle and structural scheme of the three functional mechanisms of the robot,namely,the clamping mechanism,the crawling mechanism and the rotating mechanism,the maximum stress condition of the robot when crawling with the pole is analyzed,the static load of the key stressed parts during crawling is analyzed by finite element method,and the intelligent system control and remote control operation of the robot and the technical scheme are discussed.This paper discusses the technology of composite insulation hopper based on integrated molding,analyzes the technical difficulties and solutions of the development,and analyzes the overall bearing performance of the insulation hopper by finite element method.
