摘 要:针对工程装备系统复杂、技术含量高、维修作业困难等特点,提出了该装备调试诊断仪的总体技术方案,设计了调试诊断仪的硬件框架,硬件系统基于嵌入式系统体系结构,选用Omap AM3517控制器,利用QT图形化平台和虚拟仪器技术开发了调试诊断仪的检测诊断软件。调试诊断仪通过CAN总线进行数据通信,可完成该装备的在线状态监测、故障显示与作业参数标定功能。论文成果的应用实现了装备故障诊断的实时性与快速性,有效地提高了装备维修保障的质量与效率。Aiming at the characteristics of complex engineering equipment systems with high technical content and challenging maintenance operations,we propose an overall technical scheme for the equipment debugging and diagnosis instrument.Additionally,we have designed a hardware framework for the debugging and diagnosis instrument based on embedded system architecture,utilizing the Omap AM3517 controller.The hardware system incorporates QT graphical platform and virtual instrument technology to develop detection and diagnosis software for the debugging diagnostic instrument.Furthermore,this instrument is capable of data communication through CAN bus,enabling functions such as online status monitoring,fault display,and operation parameter calibration of the equipment.The application of these results realizes real-time and rapid equipment fault diagnosis while effectively improving the quality and efficiency of equipment maintenance support.
