摘  要:在自动驾驶技术迅速发展的背景下,驾驶员与智能系统之间的信任关系成为了实现安全有效接管的关键。本文研究面向自动驾驶接管的人机信任多通道交互设计,旨在通过多通道交互方式来提升驾驶员在接管过程中的信任度和操作效率。基于自动化信任理论,分析了影响驾驶员信任度的关键因素,包括系统的透明度、可靠性和响应性。综合考虑视觉、触觉、听觉和体感等多种交互通道,提出了基于信任的多通道交互设计策略,并进行了设计实践。In the context of rapid development of autonomous driving technology,the trust relationship between driver and intelligent system becomes the key to realize safe and effective takeover.In this paper,we study the design of human-machine trust multi-channel interaction for automated driving takeover,aiming to improve the driver's trust and operation efficiency in the takeover process through multi-channel interaction.Based on the automated trust theory,the key factors affecting driver trust are analyzed,including system transparency,reliability and responsiveness.Taking into account multiple interaction channels such as vision,touch,hearing and body sensation comprehensively,a multi-channel interaction design strategy based on trust was proposed and design practices were carried out.
