摘 要:针对盒式包装机生产过程中安全防护监测可视化不足的问题,基于数字孪生技术,构建了盒式包装机安全防护可视化监测系统。基于数字孪生五维模型理论,构建由物理实体层、虚拟模型层、孪生数据层、服务层和连接组成的盒式包装机安全防护可视化监测系统模型;介绍了虚拟模型构建、数据处理与存储、界面交互设计等系统实现的关键技术;在系统上开展了人员侵入和违规操作监测实验。实验结果表明:盒式包装机安全防护数字孪生可视化监测系统虚拟模型与实物同步性一致,实时掌握安全动态,提高盒式包装机整体安全性。To address the issue of insufficient safety protection monitoring visualization during the production process of box packaging machines,a visualization monitoring system for safety protection based on digital twin technology has been constructed.Utilizing the theory of the digital twin five-dimensional model,a system model for safety protection visualization monitoring of box packaging machines is established,consisting of a physical entity layer,virtual model layer,twin data layer,service layer,and connection layer.Key technologies for system implementation are introduced,including virtual model construction,data processing and storage,and interface interaction design.Experiments were conducted on the system to monitor personnel intrusion and violations.The experimental results indicate that the virtual model of the digital twin visualization monitoring system for safety protection of box packaging machines is consistent with the physical entity,allowing for real-time awareness of safety dynamics and enhancing the overall safety of box packaging machines.
