摘　　要：船舶制冷系统管理中,船员较多关注制冷系统的制冷效果以及制冷剂在制冷系统中的使用等方面,对膨胀阀的日常管理关注度较少,尤其是对冰塞故障。本文从某船舶制冷装置的膨胀阀故障排除实例出发,探讨了冰塞故障发生的原因和处理方法,对比了脏堵故障的处置情况,提出了膨胀阀日常管理中的注意事项,可以更好为船舶制冷系统的维护提供经验借鉴。In the management of ship refrigeration system,the crew pays more attention to the refrigeration effect of the refrigeration system and the use of refrigerant in the refrigeration system,but pays less attention to the daily management of expansion valve,especially the ice plug fault.Based on the troubleshooting example of the expansion valve of a ship refrigeration unit,this paper discusses the causes and treatment methods of the ice plug fault,compares the disposal situation of the dirty plug fault,and puts forward the matters for attention in the daily management of the expansion valve,which can provide better experience for the maintenance of the ship refrigeration system.
