摘 要:针对现有的SS4B电力机车直流电源柜在实际运用中存在模块发热量大、转换效率低、单一器件故障后机车电源柜无法正常工作等问题,利用自动均流控制技术,通过多模块电源并联工作的方式扩大系统电源容量策略,设计一套结构及控制信号接口与原SS4B电力机车兼容的110V电源柜。文章详细介绍了热应力自动均流算法的工作原理,PWM控制信号的设计原理,卡尔曼滤波算法的原理及数学建模与设计,给出了卡尔曼滤波算法的仿真结果与电源柜输出电流测试结果,实验结果验证了均流控制策略的合理性与可行性。In view of the problems in the existing SS4B-electric locomotive DC-Power cabinet,such as low conversion efficiency of module heat,and the locomotive power cabinet can’t function normally after a single device failure,We design a set of 110V power supply cabinet with structure and control signal interface compatible with the original SS4B-electric locomotive,By using the automatic current sharing control technology to expand the system power capacity strategy by the parallel operation of multi-module power supply;This paper introduces the working principle of automatic current equalization algorithm for thermal stress,the design principle of the PWM control signal,principle and mathematic modeling and design of the Kalman filter algorithm.The simulation results of Kalman filteralgorithm and the output current test results of power cabinet are presented,The experimental results demonstrate the rationality and feasibility of the Current Sharing control strategy,Forclocomotive DC-power supply cabinet.
