摘 要:本文通过对曲面浮雕类工艺品的三维模型结构分析,结合五轴联动加工中心设备,制定特征加工顺序和装夹顺序,利用SOLIDCAM进行工艺品加工编程和仿真优化,并验证程序完成加工,确定打样的总体工艺路线,分析打样过程中遇到的问题及解决方法,从而解决传统工艺品加工效率低及曲面浮雕类工艺品工艺复杂加工难度高的问题。Through the analysis of the three-dimensional model structure of curved relief handicrafts,combined with the five-axis linkage machining center equipment,the feature processing sequence and clamping sequence are formulated,the SOLIDCAM is used to program and simulate the processing of handicrafts,and the program is verified to complete the processing,the overall process route of proofing is determined,and the problems encountered in the proofing process and the solutions are analyzed,so as to solve the problems of low processing efficiency of traditional handicrafts and complex processing difficulty of curved relief handicrafts.
