摘  要:空气阀作为一种成熟的防护措施应用于工程当中,然而空气阀只有当管道内的压力小于大气压时才能注气,其水锤防护效果有限,若能提前向管道内注气,则会有更好的水锤防护效果。因此提出一种用于泵供水系统的注气水锤防护措施,该措施采用太阳能发电,包括压缩空气罐、减压阀、空气阀、输气管道、电磁阀等,主要用于压力输水管道的水锤防护。同步建立了注气水锤防护措施的数学模型。最终通过算例表明:减压阀出口设定压力越大,管道升压值越小,同时需注入管道内空气质量也越大;注气水锤防护措施可行且效果优于空气阀,可为类似工程提供参考。Air valves are a mature protective measure applied in engineering.However,air valves can only inject air when the pressure inside the pipeline is less than atmospheric pressure,and their water hammer protection effect is limited.If air can be injected into the pipeline in advance,there will be better water hammer protection effect.Therefore,a water hammer protection measure for pump water supply systems is proposed,which uses solar power generation and includes compressed air tanks,pressure reducing valves,air valves,gas pipelines,solenoid valves,etc.It is mainly used for water hammer protection of pressure water pipelines.A mathematical model for air injection water hammer protection measures was established synchronously.The final example shows that the higher the set pressure at the outlet of the pressure reducing valve,the smaller the pressure rise value of the pipeline,and the higher the air quality that needs to be injected into the pipeline;The measures for preventing water hammer caused by gas injection are feasible and have better effects than air valves,which can provide reference for similar projects.
