摘 要:随着机电一体化产品市场的快速发展,市场需求模式已经发生了显著变化,跨越了控制、电子与机械等多学科领域,对产品研发的创新性和精确度提出了前所未有的高要求。传统的基于模拟的设计方法在应对这些复杂且多变的挑战时显得捉襟见肘,迫切需要新的技术革新来满足需求。在这种背景下,虚拟原型技术应运而生,作为一种能够全面反映产品核心特性的多领域数字孪生模型,它不仅能适应高度复杂的技术要求,还能灵活应对各种实际需求的变化。本文重点探讨以虚拟原型技术为核心的机电一体化建模体系,阐述概念设计并分析的关键因素以及建模过程的基本架构。With the rapid development of the mechatronics product market,the market demand mode has changed significantly,spanning the multidisciplinary fields such as control,electronics and machinery,and putting forward unprecedented high requirements for the innovation and accuracy of product research and development.Traditional simulation-based design methods are difficult to meet these complex and changeable challenges,and new technological innovations are urgently needed to meet the needs.In this context,virtual prototype technology arises at the historic moment.As a multi-field digital twin model that can fully reflect the core characteristics of the product,it can not only adapt to the highly complex technical requirements,but also flexibly respond to the changes of various actual needs.This paper focuses on the mechatronics modeling system with virtual prototype technology as the core,expounds the key factors of conceptual design and analysis and the basic architecture of the modeling process.
