摘　　要：面向智能装配车间多种型号产品全流程自动化装配需求,并结合火工品生产工艺要求,本文提出了基于遗传算法的入库货位分配模型与灵活因子组合的出库货位分配模型,开展了仓储管控体系与集成交互技术的研究,以任务指令协同执行为主线,采用微服务架构搭建WMS系统,使用RESTful风格接口实现信息化系统集成交互,WCS系统通过TCP协议与堆垛机、码垛机、输送线等物流设备通讯,实现仓储流程的有效管控与实时安全监控。In order to satisfy the requirement of various types of products automatic assembly in intelligent assembly workshop,combined with the technical requirements of pyrotechnic production,an in-storage assignment strategy based on genetic algorithm and out-storage assignment strategy with flexible factor combination have been proposed.Research on warehouse management technology and integrated interaction technology has been conducted.Taking cooperative execution of task as the main line,adopting microservice architecture to build WMS which uses RESTful interface to realize the integrated interaction of information system,using TCP protocol to transfer data between WCS and logistics equipment such as stacker,palletizer,conveying line,to conduct effective management and real-time safety monitoring of warehousing process.
