摘  要:各个国家为了研究飞机噪声与周边区域的影响关系,制定了相应的机场噪声评价办法,但是目前尚未形成一套适用于军用直升机噪声对周边目标的影响评价管理办法,为研究军用直升机噪声传播特性和噪声评价,本研究对韩国某军用直升机场周边3 km范围以内3个噪声敏感区域进行为期5天的噪声持续监测,使用自动噪声监测系统和噪声测量声级计分别进行噪声数据采集。分析结果表明,军用直升机场周围3个测点噪声评价指标都低于民用机场标准规定限制75以下,同时使用噪声分析软件AEDT3C绘制噪声等值线图,发现采用现有民用机场噪声评价单位并不能真实反映军用直升机场的噪声特点,建议采用L_(A max)最大噪声级指标或者联合评价指标对军用直升机噪声进行评价,可通过低噪声直升机的开发研究和控制直升机场飞行架次、飞行高度来限制对周边区域噪声的干扰。Various countries have developed corresponding airport noise evaluation methods in order to study the relationship between aircraft noise and the impact of the surrounding area,but a set of management methods adapted to the evaluation of the impact of military helicopter noise on surrounding targets has not yet been developed.In order to study the noise propagation characteristics and noise evaluation of military helicopters,a 5-day continuous noise monitoring was conducted in 3 noise sensitive areas within 3 km of the periphery of a military helicopter field in Republic of Korea.The noise data were collected using an automatic noise monitoring system and a mobile noise measurement sound level meter.The analysis results show that the noise evaluation indexes of the three measurement points around the military heliport are below the limit of 75,which is the standard limit for civil airports.Meanwhile,AEDT 3C noise analysis software was used to draw the noise contour map.It was found that the existing civil airport noise evaluation unit can not truly reflect the noise characteristics of the military heliport.So,it was suggested to use L_(A max) maximum noise level index or joint evaluation index to evaluate the noise of military helicopters.And the interference of the helicopter noise to the surrounding area can be limited through the development and research of low noise helicopters and control of heliport flights and flight altitude.
