保和丸联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌颗粒治疗功能性消化不良的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨保和丸联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌颗粒治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法将2023年6月—2024年5月在天津医科大学附属宝坻医院就诊的功能性消化不良患者共94例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组47例。对照组口服地衣芽孢杆菌活菌颗粒,1袋/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服保和丸,8丸/次,3次/d。两组在完成4周的治疗后分析疗效。比较两组患者的治疗效果、症状程度、胃肠动力学和血清指标。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为78.72%、93.62%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组餐后饱胀不适、中上腹痛、中上腹烧灼感、早饱感的发作频率、严重程度评分降低(P<0.05),且治疗组餐后饱胀不适、中上腹痛、中上腹烧灼感、早饱感的发作频率、严重程度评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的胃排空率、胃蠕动次数和收缩次数均升高(P<0.05);治疗组的胃排空率、胃蠕动次数和收缩次数高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清胃促生长素、瘦素水平显著升高,血清血管活性肠肽水平降低(P<0.05);治疗组的血清胃促生长素、瘦素水平高于对照组,血清血管活性肠肽水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论保和丸联合地衣芽孢杆菌活菌颗粒可提高功能性消化不良的疗效,进一步减轻临床症状,促进胃排空,调节胃肠激素。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Baohe Pills combined with Bacillus licheniformis Granules,Live in treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods 94 Patients with functional dyspepsia from Baodi Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin Medical University were divided into the control and treatment groups with random number table method,47 cases/group.Patients in the control group took Bacillus licheniformis Granules,Live,1 bag/time,3 times daily.Patients in the treatment group took Baohe Pills,8 pills/time,3 times daily on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of the 2 groups were analyzed after completing 4 weeks of treatment.The treatment efficacy,symptom severity,gastrointestinal dynamics,and serum indicators were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate was 78.72%in the control group and 93.62%in the treatment group,with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).After treatment,frequency and severity of postprandial fullness discomfort,mid-upper abdominal pain,mid-upper abdominal burning sensation,and early satiety in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and these indexes the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastric emptying rate,the number of gastric peristalsis and the number of contractions in the two groups were all increased(P<0.05),and the gastric emptying rate,the number of gastric peristalsis and the number of contractions in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,gastrophin and leptin in the two groups were increased,but vasoactive intestinal peptide was decreased(P<0.05),and gastrophin and leptin in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,but vasoactive intestinal peptide was lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Baohe Pills combined with Bacillus licheniformis Granules,Live can improve the efficacy of functional dyspepsia,further reduce clinical symptoms,promote gastric emptying,and regulate gastrointestinal hormones.
