黄精多糖抗抑郁作用的研究进展

摘  要:抑郁症是威胁人类身心健康的重要神经精神系统病变,发病机制复杂,与多种因素有关,目前以心理调节和药物治疗为主。黄精多糖是黄精中的活性成分,可通过调节单胺类神经递质的分泌、抑制下丘脑–垂体–肾上腺轴过度激活、降低炎症反应、降低氧化应激反应、抑制神经元细胞凋亡、增强神经突触重塑性、调节肠道菌群、抑制室旁核神经元异常激活发挥抗抑郁作用。总结了黄精多糖抗抑郁作用的研究进展,为抑郁症的药物治疗提供参考。Depression is an important neurological and psychiatric disorder that threatens human physical and mental health.Its pathogenesis is complex and related to multiple factors.Currently,psychological regulation and medication treatment are the main methods.Polygonati Rhizoma polysaccharides are the active ingredients in Polygonati Rhizoma.Polygonati Rhizoma polysaccharides can regulate the secretion of monoamine neurotransmitters,inhibit excessive activation of the HPA axis,reduce inflammatory reactions,lower oxidative stress responses,inhibit neuronal cell apoptosis,enhance synaptic remodeling,regulate gut microbiota,and inhibit abnormal activation of paraventricular nucleus neurons,and exert antidepressant effects.This article summarizes the research progress on antidepressant effect of Polygonati Rhizoma polysaccharides,providing reference for the drug treatment of depression.
