摘  要:任务复杂度与二语产出的关系是二语习得领域的关键问题。以往研究表明工作记忆容量与学习者的二语水平呈正相关,但是与二语产出各维度(句法复杂性、准确性、词汇使用、流利性)的关系尚不明确。本研究采用元分析的方法探讨任务复杂度、工作记忆容量与二语产出之间的关系,结果如下:1)复杂任务可能促进二语产出句法复杂性、准确性和流利性的提升,但可能导致词汇使用指标的下降;2)工作记忆容量与二语产出总体表现、句法复杂性和准确性呈现显著的正相关关系;3)工作记忆测量方式和任务模态对工作记忆容量与二语产出的关系具有调节效应。The relationship between task complexity(TC) and L2 production is a key issue in second language acquisition. Previous studies have shown that working memory capacity(WMC) is positively related to learners' L2 proficiency, but the relationship between WMC and areas of L2production(i.e., syntactic complexity, accuracy, lexis, and fluency) remains unclear. This study used meta-analysis to explore the relationship between TC, WMC and L2 production. The results indicated that 1) complex tasks might increase syntactic complexity, accuracy and fluency, but may reduce lexical use;2) WMC was found to be significantly related to L2 production as a whole, as well as to the syntactic complexity and accuracy of L2 production;and 3) the relationship between WMC and L2 production was significantly mediated by measures of WMC and task modalities.
