超高软岩水仓联合支护技术优化与应用

摘  要:针对亿欣煤业15#煤层西三盘区水仓围岩遇水膨胀变形、控制困难的问题,通过生产地质调研、底板泥岩矿物成分分析、泥岩崩解特性试验,提出软岩水仓支护对策。现场通过“锚网索梁注喷”联合支护技术有效提高软岩水仓整体性与稳定性,充分发挥锚网索主动支护性能。矿压监测数据表明,支护完成28d后围岩变形趋于稳定,完全满足现场使用需求。In response to the problem of water-induced swelling deformation and difficult control of surrounding rock of the water storage sump of the West 3rd Panel in the 15#coal seam of Yixin Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,a support strategy for soft rock water storage sump was proposed through production geological surveys,mineral composition analysis of floor mudstone,and disintegration characteristic tests of mudstone.The"anchor-mesh-cable-beam-grouting-spraying"combined support technology was applied on-site,effectively enhancing the integrity and stability of the soft rock water storage sump and fully utilizing the active support performance of the anchor-mesh-cable system.Ground pressure monitoring data indicated that the surrounding rock deformation stabilized 28 d after support,fully meeting on-site usage requirements.
