摘 要:对智能矿山背景下的煤矿机电设备管理创新进行了研究。首先分析了智能矿山建设现状,包括采掘设备和监测设备的智能化进展;其次对煤矿机电设备管理创新存在的问题进行了深入剖析,包括技术发展面临挑战、管理体制存在问题和人员素质不高等方面;最后指出了智能矿山机电设备管理的创新路径,包括PLC系统创新、数字化设备维护和预测性维修以及建设集成化设备管理平台等方面。The innovation of coal mine electromechanical equipment management under the background of intelligent mine was studied.Firstly,the current situation of intelligent mining construction was analyzed,including the progress of intelligent mining equipment and monitoring equipment.Secondly,the problems in the innovation of coal mine electromechanical equipment management were deeply analyzed,including challenges in technological development,problems in management systems,and low personnel quality.Finally,the innovative paths of intelligent mining electromechanical equipment management were pointed out,including PLC system innovation,digital equipment maintenance and predictive maintenance,and the construction of an integrated equipment management platform.
