摘 要:针对选煤厂重介质洗选系统洗选密度调控不及时、产品品质波动大等问题,以山西省一中心选煤厂为研究对象,结合入选原煤煤种类型多、煤泥含量高等现状,针对性构建了智能重介系统并进行了工程应用。现场应用后,智能重介系统可依据精煤产品灰分质量分数变化智能调节分选密度,不仅提升了重介精煤产品稳定性和产率,还提高了智能化控制程度及生产效益,工程应用效果显著。In response to the problems of untimely control of washing density and large fluctuations in product quality in the dense medium washing system of coal preparation plants,a central coal preparation plant in Shanxi Province was taken as the research object,and combined with the current situation of multiple types of selected raw coal and high coal slurry content,an intelligent dense medium system was constructed and applied in engineering.After on-site application,the intelligent dense medium system can intelligently adjust the sorting density based on the changes in ash mass fraction of clean coal products,which not only improves the stability and yield of heavy medium clean coal products,but also enhances the degree of intelligent control and production efficiency,the engineering application effect is significant.
