摘 要:在采煤工作面初采初放期间,坚硬顶板直接顶难以垮落,对安全生产造成较大影响。以山西省A煤矿2325工作面为例,针对综采工作面坚硬顶板悬而不垮的问题,提出采用深浅孔循环爆破的方式对顶板进行预裂处理。通过对工艺、爆破参数等进行优化,获得了合理的坚硬顶板预裂方法。通过现场实践,采用循环预裂爆破工艺后,顶板周期来压步距减小至15耀18m,达到了顶板未大面积来压、瓦斯涌出未见异常的显著效果。During the initial mining and caving period of the coal mining face,the hard roof is difficult to collapse directly,which has a significant impact on safety production.Taking 2325 working face of A Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as an example,in response to the problem of the hard roof hanging without collapsing in the fully mechanized mining face,it was proposed to use deep and shallow hole cyclic blasting to pre-crack the roof.By optimizing the process,blasting parameters,etc.,a reasonable method for pre-cracking hard roof was obtained.Through on-site practice,after adopting the cyclic pre-splitting blasting process,the step distance of the roof's periodic pressing was reduced to 15-18 m,achieving a significant effect of no large-scale pressing of the roof and no abnormal gas emission.
