摘  要:矿井皮带输送机是煤炭开采中的关键设备,长期以来其能耗都是影响矿山生产效率和成本的重要指标之一。通过深入分析皮带输送机的机械结构、工作原理及影响能耗的主要因素,提出了多种皮带输送机节能降耗技术,旨在实现矿井皮带输送机的高效、低耗运行,为矿山企业可持续发展提供可靠的技术支持。Mine belt conveyor is key equipment in coal mining.For a long time,its energy consumption is one of the important indicators influencing mine production efficiency and cost.Through in-depth analysis of the mechanical structure,working principle and the main factors affecting energy consumption of belt conveyor,a variety of energy saving and consumption reduction technologies were put forward,aiming at realizing the efficient and low consumption operation of the mine belt conveyor and providing reliable technical support for the sustainable development of mining enterprises.
