摘 要:基于节能降耗理念,对煤炭洗选系统及相关处理工艺的优化展开研究,并以实际工程为例验证设计的有效性。结果显示,技术升级后水资源回收率提升至82.7%,有机污染物去除率提升至98.3%,能耗有所降低,废水处理时间得以缩短,同时在智能化洗选系统的自动化调节下,设备故障响应时间也得到缩短。Based on the concept of energy saving and consumption reduction,the optimization of coal washing system and related treatment technology was studied,and the effectiveness of the design was verified by taking the actual project as an example.The results showed that the recovery rate of water resources was increased to 82.7%,the removal rate of organic pollutants was increased to 98.3%,the energy consumption was reduced,the waste water treatment time was shortened,and the response time of equipment failure was also shortened under the automatic adjustment of the intelligent washing system.
