摘 要:针对新疆火力发电厂CO_(2)及粉煤灰产生的环境污染问题,提出以火电厂排放烟气中的CO_(2)养护灰砖的工艺。以新疆矿区地表丰富的风积沙和煤炭火力发电产生的粉煤灰为主要原料,配以少量石膏,制作条带充填采空区的充填材料。通过单轴抗压试验及碳化试验,研究在自然养护和CO_(2)养护条件下材料的承载性能变化规律。研究表明:在CO_(2)养护条件下,灰砖的承载强度明显提升;在养护龄期为16d时,自然养护条件下试件单轴抗压强度峰值为1.19MPa,CO_(2)养护条件下试件单轴抗压强度峰值为2.54MPa;随着碳化时间的增加,材料承载强度呈正相关增长。研究内容可为西北矿区煤炭绿色开采与低碳利用新模式的构建提供理论依据。Aiming at the environmental pollution caused by CO_(2) and fly ash from thermal power plants in Xinjiang,a process of curing ash bricks with CO_(2) in the flue gas emitted from thermal power plants was proposed.Using the abundant aeolian sand on the surface of Xinjiang mining areas and fly ash generated from coal-fired power generation as the main raw materials,and adding a small amount of gypsum,the filling material for filling the goaf with strip filling was made.Through uniaxial compression tests and carbonation tests,the variation law of the bearing performance of the material under natural curing and CO_(2) curing conditions was studied.The research showed that under CO_(2) curing conditions,the bearing strength of the ash bricks was significantly improved;when the curing age was 16 d,the peak strength of the specimens under natural curing conditions was 1.19 MPa,and the peak strength of the specimens under CO_(2) curing conditions was 2.54 MPa;with the increase of carbonation time,the bearing strength of the material showed a positive correlation growth.The research content can provide a theoretical basis for the construction of a new model of low-carbon utilization of coal in the northwest mining areas.
