摘 要:永红煤矿井下带式输送机T形转载点采用传统挡煤板,进行高度调整时需整体拆卸和安装,工人劳动强度大、设备维护成本高。针对该情况设计了1种新型升降式挡煤板,对该挡煤板的结构、工作原理及特点进行了分析,并进行了实际应用研究。结果表明,通过拆卸螺栓调整调节支架与固定支架的相对高度即可实现挡煤板高度调节,降低了人工成本和材料成本,提高了工作效率和安全性,经济、安全效益显著。Traditional spillplate was adopted at the T-shaped transfer point of underground belt conveyor in Yonghong Coal Mine,which needed to be disassembled and installed when height adjustment was carried out,resulting in high labor intensity and high equipment maintenance cost.According to the situation,a new type lifting spillplate was designed.The structure,working principle and characteristics of the spillplate were analyzed,and research on the practical application was carried out.The results show that the height of the spillplate can be adjusted by removing the bolt and adjusting the relative height of the bracket and the fixed bracket,which reduces the labor cost and material cost,improves the work efficiency and safety,and has significant economic and safety benefits.
