煤矿井下变频器散热性能研究

摘  要:随着煤矿井下设备智能化和自动化水平的提高,变频器的应用越来越广泛。然而,井下环境的高温、高湿度和尘埃等因素给变频器的散热带来了挑战,严重影响了其性能和寿命。从变频器的工作原理出发,详细阐述了其散热机制及散热性能的影响因素。针对煤矿井下变频器散热问题,提出了一种新型液冷冷却系统。With the improvement of intelligence and automation level of underground equipment in coal mines,the application of frequency converters is becoming increasingly widespread.However,factors such as high temperature,high humidity,and dust in the underground environment pose challenges to the heat dissipation of the frequency converter,seriously affecting its performance and lifespan.Starting from the working principle of the frequency converter,the heat dissipation mechanism and influencing factors of its heat dissipation performance were elaborated in detail.And a new liquid cooling system was proposed to address the heat dissipation issue of frequency converters in coal mines.
