摘  要:针对突出煤层综采工作面初采期间瓦斯治理难度大问题,以2503综采工作面为研究对象,结合现场条件针对性给出初采期间瓦斯治理技术方案并进行工程应用。依据开采的2#煤层赋存及邻近采面开采情况分析2503综采工作面初采期间瓦斯涌出情况,并提出依靠高位钻孔拦截采空区瓦斯的方案;同时采用顶板钻孔连接采空区与高位钻孔,顶板弱化使得顶板及时垮落,增大高位钻孔与采空区间裂隙。工程应用后,2503综采工作面初采期间高位钻孔瓦斯抽采效果较为显著,采面回风隅角、回风流瓦斯体积分数均控制在0.33%以内,取得了较好的瓦斯治理效果。In view of the difficulty of gas treatment during the initial mining of fully mechanized mining face of outburst coal seam,taking 2503 fully mechanized mining face as the research object,the technical scheme of gas treatment during the initial mining was given and applied in engineering.According to the occurrence of the 2#coal seam and the mining situation of the adjacent mining face,the gas emission during the initial mining of 2503 fully mechanized mining face was analyzed,and it was proposed to rely on high level drilling to intercept the gob gas;at the same time,using the roof borehole to connect the gob and the high level borehole,so that the weakening of the roof makes the roof collapse in time and increases the fissure between the high level borehole and the gob.After the application of the project,the gas extraction effect of the high level borehole during the initial mining period of 2503 fully mechanized mining face was remarkable,and the gas volume fraction of the return air corner and return air flow of the mining face was controlled within 0.33%,and a good gas control effect was achieved.
